2. 基隆市公車往八斗子線於「八斗子站」、「碧水巷站」或「望海巷站」下車，往北行見一彩繪大橋(平浪橋)過橋可抵。附大小型停車場。
當天節目有：
1. 四方好友潮境會：報到與報名
2. 潮境新境新體驗：導覽海科館養殖的各式海底生物，10點起每半個小時出團一次，每團限20人
3. 登高忘幽眺番澳：上101高地(忘幽谷)眺望番仔澳灣，10點15分起每半個小時出團一次，每團限20人
4. 潮間戲水新境界：下午1點起，每小時出一團，因潮汐關係，只出兩團，每團限20人
4. 生態遊戲大伙來：攤位展示暨義賣活動（包括船長詩人親自簽名的詩畫集義賣）
5. 水上巡弋探秘境：限量報名（記者優先）搭遊艇拜訪海上大象
6. 軟絲產房創新境：主題牆＂軟絲產房＂體驗活動
7. 塗鴉連署保海洋：主題牆＂藝術塗鴉＂活動
8. 捍衛海洋綠戰士："軟絲產房", "我愛番仔澳灣紀錄片"等精采影片欣賞
9. 潮來潮往海滋味：各式海洋美食, 包括海鮮 素食 原住民風味, 新移民風味, 客家風味等餐飲義賣
10. 千言萬語海吶喊：十幾個各式各樣的表演, 包括北管, 環保樂團, 吟詩朗誦 中東肚皮, 佛朗明哥等精采表演, 並歡迎現場即興表演與演講
